On today’s video ill take you along with me in a Healthy and Realistic “What I Eat In a Day” whilst being on a Calorie Deficit – need to get Summer Ready 😂 – & preparing High Protein Meals. Started the day with some Pancakes for breakfast because WE LOVE PANCAKES, Pesto pasta with Stracciatella for Lunch, and Aperitif and Rice Bowl for dinner – your girl went out, Life, what to do 😬 Recipes: ⤵️

🥞 Protein Pancakes : makes 2 Servings
– 70g of Oats
– 1 Egg
– Half of a banana
– 30g of Protein Powder – I used Vanilla
– Teaspoon of Baking Soda and Baking Powder
– 0 Cal Flavour Drops – i used the one from my protein
– Chia seeds, Cinnamon according to your liking
Blend it all together and you’ve got your amazing Batter !

Topping: I used vanilla protein yogurt, 75g of Strawberries, Teaspoon of Peanut Butter and 0 Cal Syrup

Pancake Batter Macros per Serving size:
P – 24g, C – 31g, F – 5g
Calories : 269

🍝 Pesto Pasta : makes 2 Servings
– 100g of Edamame and Mung Bean Pasta
– 7 Cherry Tomatoes
– 100g of Stracciatella
– Salt and Pepper to taste

Edamame Pasta Macros per Serving size :
P – 30g, C – 10g, F – 28g
Calories: 435
