Some days, I don’t feel like doing an intense yoga practice and that’s okay! Just because I’m a yoga instructor doesn’t mean that I always want to push myself in my practice. But it still feels good to move the body every morning and work through stiffness and achiness that can come on through the night. In this gentle yoga class, we begin in a standing position, warming up our spine and neck. Then we move into (my favorite!) Goddess Pose to stretch the hips and hamstrings while working in a few spinal twists. We move to the floor for some dynamic cat/cow movement and then finish in butterfly pose to open the hips.

It’s the perfect way to start the day and get your body for whatever life throws at you. Join me for this delicious at home yoga class!
