Today’s exercise is going to start the week off with a 7 Minute Full Body Workout from yours truly! 💪💪💪⠀

This workout is for some of you more advanced level fitness enthusiasts…⠀

BUT if you’re a beginner just modify the reps and do this at your own pace!⠀

It’s gotten pretty hot outside which is perfect for you to get an extremely effective workout that’ll get the blood pumping for the day! ☀️☀️☀️⠀

This workout is great to give you that full body burn you’ve been looking for in short amount of time.⠀⠀
