Total Beginner’s Workout Plan (First 6 weeks). This video is for beginners (men and women) looking for a simple but significant first step towards their exercise journey. I have explained the science behind my program and presented useful movement patterns for lower and upper body workouts. This balanced workout plan includes both Anaerobic and Aerobic exercises. I have also explained the energy mechanism used in the body and how different activities fit into the overall plan.
