3 Restorative Yoga Poses for Stress Release | 20 Minutes

Release stress and calm your busy, overwhelmed mind with these three restorative yoga poses.

In less than 20 minutes, this gentle restorative yoga class will help you relax and unwind an overactive mind. You may also feel energetically refreshed.

For this restorative yoga practice, you may need two pillows, two yoga blocks, a blanket, yoga bolster and an eye pillow. If you don’t have these things, you can get creative with couch cushions, extra blanks and even books as stand ins for blocks.

Note that this sequence does not end in Basic Relaxation Pose (Savasana) as is typical in many restorative yoga classes. Feel free to add that pose in to sweeten your relaxation.
