We completed this second storey addition at this home in Raby, South West Sydney. Our team got to work in designing a functional new layout to suit the growing needs of this family.
By changing the original floor plan we were able to create open plan living spaces, 5 Bedrooms, a study, 3 living rooms, 1 main bathroom, Ensuite and Powder room. In addition, we updated the laundry and gave the existing home a contemporary feel throughout with a custom fit-out, complete with Buildtech’s high quality standard inclusions. The results speak for themselves and has certainly added a lot of value to this property.
