MY RENTAL PROPERTY RENOVATION (HOUSE HACK)

Home Depot
This video is a little different than the usual one but I felt I had to share it with you guys and show you the redesign of this space from start to finish.

After living in New York my whole life and realizing rent is $2-3,000 a month for a one bedroom I had to figure out a different way. I’m 26 years old and really didn’t need more space than a one bedroom. I went straight to educate myself to somehow not have to do this. I went to YouTube and stumbled upon people like Graham Stephan & Meet Kevin as well as the bigger pockets podcast and one thing they harped on a lot was to purchase a “house hack”.

This video is a vlog style look into my renovation of one of the units of my multi-family house. The upgrades include a new luxury vinyl plank flooring, new lighting, new quartz counter top, new kitchen faucet and hardware, new undermount sink, painting original kitchen cabinets, new shiplap wall, new shiplap barn door as well as new furniture & décor.
