This is the absolutely amazing Gluten free Quinoa Sandwich Bread recipe. I use a combination of Quinoa and Rice Flour together and do not use Xantham Gum. You should definitely try this recipe, it is a very delicious, soft, and non-sticky bread. You can keep it in the fridge for a long time. When you toast it, you will have a crispy slice of bread. INGREDIENTS LIST:
Quinoa Flour 200g
Brown Rice Flour 200g
Corn Starch 100g(or Tapioca Starch)
Psyllium Husk 30g
Salt 2tsp=10g
Water 500ml

Milk 100g
Instant Yeast 15g
Sugar 1tbsp=15g
Egg 3
Olive Oil 45g
Lemon Juice 5g
