1/4 cup melted coconut oil
6 eggs ROOM TEMPERATURE
2 tablespoons honey or liquid stevia to taste
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (you could always try other berries)
