Hello folks!
Today I made an old school classic! Cheese flan. I donโt actually remember this from my school dinner days, but plenty of folk Iโve spoken to do ๐ Iโm assured this was a thing! Really easy to make and very tasty too. Four basic ingredients are all thatโs required, so why not give it a go.
I found this recipe on YouTube on the Mr Pauls Pantry channel, tweaked it a little and thought it looked amazing. I like to give credit where credit is due ๐

What I used – Serves 4
375g (13 oz) Shortcrust pastry
3 Large Eggs – very well beaten/whisked
200g (7 oz) Grated cheese – I used extra mature Cheddar, but use what you prefer
150ml (5.2 oz) Cream – I used single cream
