Ingredients:
yeast – 7 g (0.25 oz)
milk – 300 ml (10.14 fl oz)
flour – 15 g (½ oz)
sugar – 10 g (0.35 oz)
Hydrate the yeast for 10 min
salt – 7 g (0.25 oz)
sugar – 20 g (0.7 oz)
eggs – 1 piece
oil – 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
flour – 500 g (17.64 oz)
TO LEAVEN 40 minutes

for the filling:
walnuts – 100 g (3.5 oz)
sugar – 50 g (1.76 oz)
oil – 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
Tray size 38 X 32 (15 in x 12.6 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/20 minutes

For the cream:
milk – 400 ml (13.5 fl oz)
sugar – 15 g (½ oz)
vanilla sugar – 7 g (0.25 oz)
vanilla flavored pudding powder – 20 g (0.7 oz)
