🔻Air Fryer Steak Bites
1 pound steaks, cut into 1” cubes, pat dry (rib eye, tri-tip and New York strip)
8 oz mushrooms, halved
1/2 sliced onion
Marinade in:
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce (or teriyaki)
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Air fry at 400°F for 9-12 minutes

🔻Potato Chip Chicken
1 pound chicken tenders/cutlets or pounded chicken breasts
Egg wash (1-2 eggs w/ water)
Crushed KETTLE BRAND chips (approx 1 cup)
Optional seasonings (garlic, parsley, italian seasoning?)
Air fry 380˚/192C for 12-16 minutes
Flip half way through cooking

🔻Copycat Cheesecake Factory Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained – add 1/4 cup minced onions, 1/4 cup pickle relish, 1 tablespoon worcestershire, then add cheese (6 slices of american cheese) and stir until melted/blended – set aside and let cool slightly.
Spring roll wrappers (egg roll wrappers?) –

🔻Air Fryer Zucchini Boats
1 pound ground beef/turkey, cooked with
1 onion and 1/2 tsp italian seasoning, salt and pepper
Add Prego (24 oz)
2 medium zucchini – cut in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds. Mist with oil and S&P. Cook at 380˚/192C for 8-10 minutes until cooked through (may need longer???)
Fill zucchini with meat sauce and air fry for 1-2 min more… top with mozz cheese (optional)
