Hey everyone! In todays video I’m showing you paleo cinnamon rolls that are also healthy cinnamon rolls. This healthy cinnamon roll recipe is gluten free cinnamon rolls while being paleo recipes too. I will show you how to make cinnamon rolls and if you are looking for a vegan cinnamon roll recipe you will love it!

– 4 cups Paleo Flour (I used bob’s red mill) you can also use almond but use 3.5 cups https://amzn.to/2S7poH0
– 2/3 cup coconut sugar
– 1 packet yeast
– 1/2 cup ghee or coconut oil
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
– 2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk at room temp
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 tbsp baking powder
Filling:
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
3 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
Allow to rise 1.5 hours. Bake 350F for 25-28 minutes
Glaze:
1/4 cup coconut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
3 tbsp almond milk
