CHICAGO — Four months after going missing in the City of Chicago, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) is renewing their efforts to bring 15-year-old Deron Patterson into the public eye, and help bring him safely home.

NCMEC officials said Deron was 14 years old when he went missing back on May 13, 2024 and he is described as being 5-foot-5-inches tall and weighing 145 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

NCMEC officials said they believe Deron is somewhere in the Chicago area, but did not provide details on where he went missing from, or where the public should be on the lookout for him around Chicago.
