CHICAGO – The Chicago Police Department is searching for two men wanted for robbing Englewood gas stations at gunpoint.

Police said the robberies happened at Clark gas stations located in the 6100 block of South Ashland Avenue. The first robbery happened on Sunday, Aug. 4 at 5 p.m. and the second robbery happened on Wednesday, Aug. 14 at 12:30 a.m. It is unclear whether or not the robberies happened at the same gas station.

Gas station employees told detectives the suspects had a rifle in their waistband and demanded a pack of Black-wood cigars and drinks before driving off in a grey 2021 Nissan SUV.

Police said the suspects are two men between the ages of 18 and 21. They were also wearing black hoodies during the robberies.
