If you’ve ever wanted to be neighbors with the British model and actress Cara Delevingne, now’s your chance.

A historic Gramercy Park penthouse, sharing the ninth floor with Delevingne’s triplex, has hit the market for $2.39 million.

And it comes with those coveted keys to Gramercy Park, New York City’s only private park.

It’s the first time the two-bedroom, one-bath unit has been on the market since the seller, Dr. Robert Koehl — a professor of archaeology at Hunter College, where the fictional Indiana Jones character also taught archeology — bought it in 1988.

Maybe Delevingne would invite you for a drink in her custom saloon, which was designed for Jimmy Fallon. He owned the penthouse triplex until 2022, when he sold it to Delevingne for a hefty $10.8 million.

Her home there comes with custom stairs and secret passageways that might make her feel like she’s back on the set of an Upper West Side abode from the hit Hulu show “Only Murders in the Building,” in which Delevingne played an art dealer named Alice Banks.

Delevingne, a high-fashion runway model who also starred in “Suicide Squad,” was recently in the news for smooching her girlfriend Minke while hanging out with Dakota Johnson and Pedro Pascal at a Stevie Nicks concert in Hyde Park.

Other celebs in the Gramercy Park building over the years have included Richard Gere, as well as James Cagney and Margaret Hamilton, who played the Wicked Witch of the West in “The Wizard of Oz” — and continued to dress up as the character for trick-or-treaters every Halloween.

The for-sale, sunlit unit features four wood-beamed skylights and a windowed kitchen. There’s also a dormer space that serves as a breakfast spot with built-in bench seating and city views floating over the Freedom Tower.

Design details include stained-glass panels framing the entrance to the living room, which overlooks Gramercy Park, and custom-built bookshelves.

The Queen Anne-style, landmarked red brick and terra-cotta building dates to 1883. The lobby features a Tiffany glass ceiling and an original fireplace, a hearth and a mantel mirror.
