1 Big omelette
INGREDIENTS
• 9 eggs
• brioche bread
• Cherry tomatoes
• Spinach
• Fresh cheese
• Cherry tomatoes
 
METHOD

Pour the eggs into a baking sheet. Mix and add cherry tomatoes, fresh cheese and spinach.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
Place a block of brioche bread on the tray, then the omelette on top.
Top with another block of brioche bread. Cut into individual sandwiches.

 
2 Chicken skewers
INGREDIENTS
• 4 chicken breasts
• Skewers
• Aluminum
• Orange
• Soy sauce
• Honey
• Sesame
• Lemon
• Garlic
• Parsley
• Salt and pepper
• Oil
• Chipotle spice mix
 
METHOD

Place one breast on top of another.
Place 6 skewers into the breasts. Cut to get chicken skewers.
Divide a baking sheet into three with aluminum foil.
Place 4 skewers in each division.
In the first one, squeeze an orange, add soy sauce, honey and sesame.
On the second, squeeze a lemon, garlic, salt, parsley and pepper.
To the third add oil and chipotle spice mix
Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
