“Summer House” stars Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard shocked fans by breaking off their engagement — less than three months before the Bravolebrities’ planned November nuptials.

So — who gets the apartment?

Radke, 38, and Hubbard, 37, had only just moved into a luxurious two-bedroom, three-bathroom in the Kips Bay neighborhood of Manhattan last May — rented for a whopping $13,000 per month.

Occupying nearly 1,300 square feet, the home embodies “historic, classic New York-style living with refreshing modernity,” according to the listing.

The unit boasts a 365-square-foot balcony, offering sweeping vistas of the Empire State Building and Midtown.

Interior features include wide-plank oak flooring and oversized windows.

The unit has an open kitchen with high-end appliances, a primary bedroom with a bathroom that boasts a marble accent wall, a cast-iron tub and a wall-hung Toto toilet.

Located in the Hillrose28 building, amenities include common roof terrace with a bar and grill area, 24/7 doorman and concierge services, a duplex fitness space, resident lounge with a wet bar, and a recessed fireplace.
