As an investor your goal is to make your money make you money. You never want a big pile of cash sitting down doing nothing BUT at the same time it’s important to have liquidity. It will allow you to make bold moves in a down market and snatch up opportunity QUICK.
In this current market we have uncertainty floating all over. We don’t know where this market will end and if a crash will happen or not. We also don’t know how the FEDS and Government plan to keep inflation from getting too high.
From experience we know that if interests rates rise the market begins to panic. Home values will lower, lending becomes less, tech stocks get effective and so forth. However, in order to limit inflation then rising interest rates are a must. This should ultimately signal to everyone that we will definitely see interest rates going up it’s just a matter of when.
In this video I discuss the housing market, stock market and crypto markets. How CASH is KING and how cash SHOULD be saved in uncertain markets like the one we are in.
Many believe a housing crash will come, a foreclosure wave will flood markets, an eviction crisis is near, the dollar will lose value, stocks will crash down and all the markets will enter into a bear cycle. Others believe we will continue growing, flourishing and breaking all time high records. Every end is being pulled by the other and your job is to be EDUCATED and PREPARED for whichever comes.
