Our Rich Journey – How We Buy Real Estate In Up & Coming Neighborhoods | Financial Independence With Real Estate: If you’ve been watching our channel, you know that we reached financial independence and retired early at 39 and 41. And we reached financial independence by investing in the stock market and in real estate. In this video, we focus on our real estate investment as we discuss how we went about identifying up and coming neighborhoods to invest in. Spoiler alert – by using the tips that we share in this video, we were able to invest $20K on a property in an up & coming neighborhood and ultimately use the property as leverage to buy two more properties in up and coming neighborhoods.
