Nothing Bundt Cakes is adding new flavors and bringing back a few favorites in time for summer.

The Dallas-based bakery chain on Wednesday, May 22, announced the launch of its first seasonal summer lineup featuring limited-time pop-up options and returning featured flavors, according to a news release.

The confections will head to bakery cases from May through August. They are:

  • Churro dulce de leche pop-up (May 27)
  • Key lime (June 10)
  • Almond wedding bliss pop-up (July 1)
  • Lemon raspberry (July 15)
  • Pineapple upside down pop-up (July 22)

A sixth pop-up flavor will remain a mystery for now and is expected to roll out in August, the bakery said.

Featured flavors, including key lime and lemon raspberry, are available in all cake sizes while the pop-up flavors only come in a personal-size bundtlet, according to the release.

“Our Taste of Summer Collection is a tribute to the joy and vibrancy of the season,” Claire Jessen, vice president of culinary at Nothing Bundt Cakes, said in the release.

“We drew inspiration from our guests, our bakery owners and even my personal favorite cake flavors to create recipes that capture the essence of summer in every bite,” Jessen said.

Cake lovers can find the new lineup at Nothing Bundt Cakes bakeries nationwide, while supplies last.
