Suburban police are investigating after a woman was killed in a hit-and-run late Thursday in Downers Grove.
According to the Downers Grove police department, the hit-and-run occurred at 10:02 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Ogden Avenue. The victim in the incident was a 65-year-old woman, police added.
Officials are searching for a vehicle in connection with the incident, police said. According to police, the vehicle is a dark SUV with front bumper damage.
Police added that the vehicle may be a Honda CRV.
