New restaurants added to Michelin’s California guide

US

Multiple Southern California restaurants earned coveted spots on Michelin Guide’s midseason “new discoveries” list.

The French tire company, whose guides recognize the world’s best restaurants and hotels, added multiple restaurants up and down the coast to its California guide.

These are the new additions:

  • Lola Gaspar, a modern Mexican dining option in Santa Ana
  • Cedro Italian Restaurant, an authentic Italian restaurant in Newbury Park
  • Elf Café, a Mediterranean restaurant in Los Angeles
  • Lustig, an Austrian-centric eatery in Culver City
  • Manohar’s Delhi Palace, an Indian restaurant in La Puente

In March, other SoCal-based restaurants like Amour in West Hollywood and Little Fish in Los Angeles were added to the guide.
