Two men were killed in separate Garfield Park shootings in the early morning hours Saturday, police said.

The first shooting happened on the the 3000 block of West Warren Boulevard around midnight. A man, 49, was standing on the street when another man left a white sedan and fired shots. He sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

Another unidentified man was discovered with a gunshot wound to the head on the sidewalk of the 3800 block of West Flournoy Street at around 1:48 a.m. He was also pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

No arrests have been made in either shooting.
