CHICAGO — Rainbow Cone is giving away free cones to mothers on Mother’s Day.
All mothers will receive one free rainbow cone with at least a $5 purchase on May 12.
The offer will be available at all locations — excluding Navy Pier, Shedd Aquarium and Lincoln Park Zoo.
Rainbow Cone opened its first location in Beverly in 1926.
They are opening a Wicker Park location soon. It’s currently slated for May 28.
