A synagogue in Rockville, Maryland, was vandalized Saturday night. It involved a banner in front of Temple Beth Ami.

A synagogue in Rockville, Maryland, was vandalized Saturday night.

It involved a banner in front of Temple Beth Ami on Travilah Road just south of Darnestown Road.

The banner had read “We stand with Israel” and it had apparently been up in front for quite some time.

Montgomery County police said they received the call just before 9 a.m. Sunday morning.

They said there no suspects in custody. It remains an active and ongoing investigation.
