Officers responding to a burglary in process arrested a burglar after he was found with proceeds and tools at a business in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side, police said.
Shortly before 2:30 a.m., officers responded to a burglary in process in the 4300 block of West North Avenue and found the burglar with proceeds and tools used to break in the business, police said.
Officers arrested the burglar, and charges were pending.
