Residents in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, will have to find alternate routes to get to Baltimore County after the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed on Tuesday. The bridge crossed the Patapsco River, connecting both counties as part of Interstate 695. Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman joins CBS News with how his office is responding to the collapse.
