Russia is observing a national day of mourning on Sunday after more than 130 people were killed in a terrorist attack at a concert venue in Moscow, ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack, but Russian President Vladimir Putin has claimed it was linked to Ukraine — which has been denied by the U.S. and Ukraine.
