The Cheesecake Factory is known for its pages-long menu.
So it’s no surprise that it offers several spring salad options, including a couple new menu items.
Cheesecake Factory chef Pedro Cuevas and general manager Nick Lopes discussed their spring salads with Gaynor Hall on Sunday Brunch during the WGN Weekend Morning News.
They also note that Cheesecake Factory’s outdoor patios will be opening soon as the weather warms.
The Cheesecake Factory location in downtown Chicago is at 875 North Michigan Avenue. There is also a Cheesecake Factory in Orland Park at 304 Orland Square Drive.
