Good afternoon, Chicago.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot laid out a $127.9 million budget shortfall today, marking by far the smallest deficit of her time in office as she campaigns for a second term.

Meanwhile, another candidate has entered the Chicago mayor’s race. South Side Ald. Sophia King has announced her run. This is who’s in, who’s out and who’s undecided in the mayor’s race.
