Stainless Impeller Repair Part 4, Project Finished

Build It
We’ve reached the finish line for the stainless impeller repair job. Last op was to turn the OD down to a finished size of 5.5″. The customer made plans to use this impeller in a different pump. This turning proved to be a little challenging, not that that it could not be done, but finding the right combination of tool, speed, feed, and depth of cut. Once we got that working well it was smooth sailing from there.
