Ingredients

Recipe: 1
EGG – 2 NOS.
SALT – 1/4 TSP (Buy: https://amzn.to/2vg124l)
FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RPGoRp)
MILK – 1 TBSP
OIL – 2 TSP (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RGYvrw)
BUTTER (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RlnDoP)
BROWN BREAD – 1 SLICE

Recipe: 2
BROWN BREAD – 1 SLICE
EGG – 2 NOS.
SALT – 1/4 TSP
FRESHLY CRUSHED PEPPER
CHOPPED ONIONS
CHOPPED TOMATOES
CHOPPED CAPSICUM
CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI

Recipe: 3
BOILED EGG – 2 NOS.
TOASTED BREAD – 1 SLICE
SLICED TOMATOES
SALT
FRESH CRUSHED PEPPER
CHILLI FLAKES (Buy: https://amzn.to/30Nrv4W)
CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES

Method:

Scrambled egg toast:
1. Crack open 2 eggs, to this add salt, freshly ground pepper and milk.
2. Beat this well.
3. Heat pan, add oil and spread it.
4. Pour the egg mixture to it and start stirring before the egg cooks.
5. Keep stirring until the egg cooks.
6. Heat a tawa, put some butter. Place the bread slice on it and toast.
7. Apply some more butter on the top and flip it.
8. Once the bread is toasted on both sides, remove it.
9. Place the scrambled egg on the toast.
10. Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top. This is optional.
11. Egg Scramble Toast is ready.

Omelette Toast:
1. Crack open 2 eggs in a bowl.
2. To this add salt, pepper, onion, tomato, capsicum, green chillies and beat well.
3. Take the bread and cut out the middle using a cookies cutter. Don’t discard cut out bread piece.
4. Heat a pan, add butter to it. Place the outer bread on it.
5. Keep the flame on low and pour the omelette mixture in the middle.
6. Grate cheese on it. Place the cut out center piece over the omelette mixure.
7. Press the bread slightly and flip it.
8. Increase the flame to medium, complete toasting the other side.
9. Omelette Toast is ready.

Boiled Egg Toast:
1. Slice hard boiled egg using egg sliced. Use knife if you don’t have a slicer.
2. Place the tomato slices on the toast.
3. Place the egg slices on the tomato.
4. Season it with salt and pepper and chilli flakes.
5. Sprinkle some coriander leaves on it.
6. Boiled egg Toast is ready.
