Chair Yoga for Seniors & Beginners // Energizing Seated Stretches

Thank you for joining me for this all seated gentle yet invigorating chair yoga video!
In this session we will focus more on breathing through traditional yoga poses that are gentle and will leave you feeling taller and energized.
Please use a sturdy chair that doesn’t have arms/sides. Also grab a strap such as a resistance band, belt or lease to assist with a few of the stretches.
This video is great to do everyday and is appropriate for all levels including seniors and beginners.
