An employee of a fast food restaurant fatally wounded two men he was arguing with Monday night on the South Side in the Wrightwood neighborhood, Chicago police said.

Shortly before 10:30 p.m., the victims were inside a fast food restaurant in the 7800 block of South Western Avenue when they began arguing with an employee who pulled out a handgun and opened fire. A 55-year-old man was struck to the face, and the other victim, 56, suffered a wound to the head. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.

No one was in custody, and detectives were investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting.
