Broken toilets have caused a Jetstar flight to Bali to turn around and return to Adelaide.

Flight data shows a 7am flight out of Adelaide bound for Denpasar, but it did not leave the state after it was required to return.

Flight JQ125 took off at 7:14am and returned to its departure gate at 9:52am, according to FlightAware.

“Yep, we’re on board. Had to turn back as toilets decided not to work. Just swapped planes and about to leave for 2nd time,” one wrote on a popular Facebook group for Bali travelers.

Jetstar told news.com.au, “the onboard toilets stopped flushing” adding, “As the issue couldn’t be fixed en route, the flight returned to Adelaide, where our engineers could address the issue.”
