Family, detectives searching for missing Palmdale man

Detectives with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department are asking for help searching for Gerardo Zaragoza Gutierrez.

The department said Gutierrez was last seen on Oct. 3 at 11 a.m. walking away from his home on the 36000 block of Clearwood Court in the city of Palmdale.

Gutierrez’s family is concerned for his well-being as he suffers from a condition that needs medication, according to the LASD report.

Detectives describe Gutierrez as a 27-year-old Hispanic male who is 5 feet and 8 inches tall, and weighs 170 pounds. 

He has brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.

LASD said detectives are conducting a detailed investigation, including recovering video surveillance, but the investigation is ongoing and Guitierrez has not yet been found.
