A recent TikTok video allegedly showing Bigfoot inside the Parallel Forest in Lawton, Oklahoma is being widely shared online, garnering millions of views.
“Scariest moment of my life, and I really think I caught a [expletive] Bigfoot on camera in parallel forest,” the TikToker who recorded the video, Emmanuel Alfaro, said in the caption.
Alfaro shared a ten second clip showing what he claims is an encounter with Sasquatch.
“I was just doing some sight seeing and enjoying the day and saw something in the distance. Im still shaking as I type this,” Alfaro said.
Alfaro was asked if he was involved in a stunt or if he was aware of one, and responded, “No clue if it was a stunt, I just got the [expletive] outta there as quick as I could. I thought I was the only one out there there’s one parking lot and my car was the only one there.”
According to Only in Oklahoma, and Thrillist, the Parallel Forest has a reputation for being haunted.
There are some who take Bigfoot seriously, and dedicate their lives to finding the creature. Clubs across the country exist, with members calling themselves ‘squatchers.’
While there are some who believe, many comments on the viral video are skeptical.
One commenter saying, “Google ‘Jack Links Costume Horror Dome,'” referring to a popular costume that retails for $179.99 online.
Another saying, “Bro that’s the Jack Links costume.”
