A person was shot and killed Tuesday night in Uptown on the North Side.
The male, whose age wasn’t known, was in the 900 block of West Eastwood Avenue about 7:40 p.m. when someone fired shots, striking him in the leg, Chicago police said.
He was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
No arrests were reported.
