Dramatic video captures the moment a man punched a suspected DUI driver following a crash that injured a woman at a food truck in downtown Los Angeles.
Preliminary information indicates that the alleged driver who was under the influence crashed their Tesla into another vehicle just before 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
The Los Angeles Police Department later confirmed that the Tesla driver ran a red light while going north on Olympic Boulevard near Georgia Street and crashed into an SUV.
That SUV then careened into a food truck, injuring a woman who was ordering food, according to witness accounts. She was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
According to the LAPD, another pedestrian was pinned against the food truck.

It was after this that the driver of the second vehicle was caught on camera punching the driver of the Tesla.
Video obtained by KTLA shows four men speaking to each other next to the Tesla before one of them abruptly throws a right hook at another.
The driver who caused the collision was arrested for DUI, LAPD confirmed.
It was not immediately clear whether the man who threw the punch was also taken into custody.
