Tim Walz mimics Robert Saleh’s impassioned Jets mantra to get Kamala Harris elected

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz appeared to rip a page out of New York Jets coach Robert Saleh’s playbook Saturday while calling on Wisconsin supporters to work hard over the coming weeks to get Kamala Harris elected president.

“When we stick together we can get this done, so for all of you, all of you here: all gas no brake!” the Democratic vice presidential nominee, 60, told hundreds of rallygoers in Superior, Wis.

“Fifty-two days to get this work done … and think about it, that 53rd morning when you wake up, we get to say, ‘Congratulations Madame President.’”

Walz mimicked Saleh’s famous “all gas, no brake” mantra that he previously used to pump up players as a defensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers.

He made it the Jets’ team slogan when taking over as head coach in 2021.

The Jets have remained perennial losers under Saleh, going 18-34, including Monday night’s season-opening 32-19 drubbing at the hands of the 49ers.

However, the team is eying an end to its 13-year-playoff drought with a healthy Aaron Rodgers at quarterback.

The star gunslinger earlier this year briefly flirted with the idea of being a vice presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. but opted to continue playing football.

Kennedy has since dropped his presidential campaign as an independent candidate and is backing Republican nominee Donald Trump.
