Gulfport, Mississippi, saw its highest daily rainfall since 1998 on Wednesday, reporting 4.14 inches as Francine moved across the state. Francine hit Louisiana as a Category 2 hurricane before downgrading to a tropical storm. CBS News correspondent Janet Shamlian reports on the lingering threats.
