Hurricane Francine nears Louisiana, could become Category 2 storm – CBS News

Hurricane Francine is approaching Louisiana after strengthening in the Gulf of Mexico. Francine will grow into a Category 2 hurricane if it reaches winds above 96 mph. CBS News national correspondent Dave Malkoff reports from Houma, and Michael Brennan, the director at the NOAA National Hurricane Center, joins CBS News with more on the hurricane conditions.
