MOUNT PROSPECT, Ill. – Two people were injured in a shooting Friday night in Mount Prospect.
The Mount Prospect Police Department said just after 9:30 p.m. Friday, officers were sent to the 1700 block of Chariot Court to investigate a shots fired call.
When officers arrived, they found two people who had been shot. The victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries believed to be non-life threatening, according to investigators.
Police said the suspect(s) drove off in an SUV.
No other information was released.
