Taylor Swift’s sophomore season has begun.
The pop star was spotted “blushing” as she hugged Travis Kelce’s mom, Donna, after he completed his first pass of the 2024-2025 season at his Thursday night Kansas City Chiefs game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Fans were excited to see the “Bejeweled” singer light up not only because Travis caught Patrick Mahomes’ pass, but also because he giddily pointed to her from the field after he secured the ball.
The 23-yard pass was historic for the Chiefs, as it caused Mahomes, 28, to become the NFL’s leader in all-time passing yards.
The “Fortnight” hitmaker, 34, was also joined in the suite by Travis’ father, Ed. The pair were seen having a lighthearted conversation ahead of kickoff.
She turned heads earlier in the night when she arrived at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo. wearing a tiny Versace corset ($1,325) and matching jean shorts.
She highlighted her long legs in red Giuseppe Zanotti over-the-knee boots ($1650 $966) and accessorized with a black Louis Vuitton purse ($3,950).
The Grammy winner completed her look with a bold Bulgari ancient coin necklace, EF collection diamond drop earring ($850) and ruby ring by Retrouvaí that runs for a cool $29,100. Fans also noticed her wearing the sentimental “TNT” bracelet Travis gifted her.
Swift attended 13 of Kelce’s games last year and is expected to be a fixture in the stands for the upcoming season as well.
The tight end, 34, recently revealed the pop star has grown to love football ever since they started dating last summer.
“She has just been so open to learning the game [because] she didn’t know much about the rules and everything [before],” Kelce explained on “The Rich Eisen Show” Tuesday.
Kelce also confirmed reports that Swift has started drawing up her own plays for the team, noting that she views playmaking as sort of like creating music.
“I think what makes her so good in her profession is that she is so detailed in every aspect of it from the words to the music to even the releases and the music videos,” he explained.
“She is so detailed that I think she was just curious about the profession,” he added.

However, Kelce hasn’t shown head coach Andy Reid any of Swift’s offensive schemes — which he admitted center mainly around him.
“She is a little biased and just creates plays for me,” he joked.
While Swift might not have a huge impact on the field, her presence at the games last season sparked a massive surge in the NFL’s ratings.
After attending her first Chiefs game in September 2023, Kelce’s jersey sales spiked nearly 400%.
She also reportedly generated more than $330 million for the NFL and Chiefs — largely from the drastic increase in female viewership.
Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs quarterback and Kelce’s BFF, recently spoke about her impact on female fans during an interview on “NFL on NBC.”
“I think it’s been cool to see the girls and the women that have really embraced watching football,” Mahomes, who has grown close to Swift, said.
“I know, being a girl dad, how cool it is for me. I mean, to see, like, these little girls, these daughters how much they’re loving and spending time with their dad watching football.”
While Swift’s own father, Scott, is a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan, the pop star has also welcomed him into Chiefs Kingdom.
