Teen girl missing from West Side home may be in need of medical attention

CHICAGO — A search is underway on Monday for a teen girl who police say has been missing from the city’s West Side for several days and may be in need of medical attention.

Chicago police say 15-year-old Trinity Bryant went missing from her home in the 4100 block of West 13th Street, in North Lawndale, on Friday, Aug. 30, and has not been contacted since.

According to police, the teen girl, who has brown eyes and black hair, stands around 5-foot-6 and weighs around 300 pounds.

Bryant was last spotted wearing a black and white sweatshirt with pink Christmas-print pants and pink crocs.

15-year-old Trinity Bryant went missing from the 4100 block of West 13th Street, in North Lawndale, on Friday, Aug. 30, and has not been contacted since.

Officers said Bryant may be in need of medical attention, but did not provide details on why.

Details about the teen’s disappearance were shared in a news release that was sent out on Monday afternoon.
