Police staging at nudist ranch home of missing Colton couple

US

Large numbers of law enforcement officers have gathered near the home of a Colton couple missing since this weekend.

Stephanie and Daniel Menard, who were last seen on Saturday and reported missing on Sunday, vanished with items like their cell phones and Stephanie’s purse still inside their home. Their vehicle was also found unlocked down the road from their home.

On Thursday afternoon, SWAT officers and other law enforcement agents gathered near the Menards’ home in the 26000 block of Keissel Road, aerial footage from Sky5 shows.

Daniel Menard and Stephanie Menard are seen in an image provided by the Redlands Police Department.

That address corresponds to Olive Dell Ranch nudist resort, which a friend of the Menards said was the home of the couple, both of whom are in their 70s.

It wasn’t immediately clear what the officers were doing there, though they appeared to be staging for some sort of operation.
