Traffic Alert: Right lane of MoPac northbound closed after crash

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The right lane of North MoPac Expressway northbound remains closed Thursday afternoon after a crash before the Far West Boulevard exit, the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA) said on social media.

CTRMA initially posted about the crash at 2:54 p.m. Thursday with a traffic camera photo showing a vehicle on its side across all three main lanes.

All three main lanes of MoPac were closed for about an hour as crews worked in the area.
