Kelly Stafford, the wife of Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, revealed the one piece of advice she wished someone told her when she entered the NFL world.

During a recent interview, the host of the “Morning After” podcast recalled losing herself after listening to others’ opinions about her looks and personality.

“Something that I wish someone would have told me coming into this is: ‘Don’t lose yourself,’” Kelly said in a recent interview with E! News. “I would say, ‘Don’t try to become the person that everybody else wants you to become.’ “Because that’s what I did and I lost who I was. And that goes with personality, looks, all of it.

“You’re going to have everyone telling you what you should look like, what you should say and not say, all of these things. And if you start listening, you lose the values and everything you have that makes you who you are, and makes you the person your husband fell in love with.

“You can’t cancel out all the noise, but try to listen to yourself before you listen to anybody else.”

Kelly warned that she’s in no position to be lending advice to fellow WAGs — including Taylor Swift, who’s dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes — “because I’ve messed up so many times.”

The mom of four has faced backlash on numerous occasions for remarks she’s made about football and her relationship with Matthew.

Kelly made headlines in June when she recalled dating Matthew’s backup quarterback in college just to make him jealous.

Before that, Kelly took heat for saying the Super Bowl-winning quarterback was having difficulty connecting with his younger Rams teammates in August 2023.

Kelly previously opened up about dealing with imposter syndrome and getting lost in her husband’s shadow during an emotional installment of her “Morning After” podcast in April.

The pair first connected in college at the University of Georgia, where Matthew was a star quarterback and Kelly was a Bulldogs cheerleader.

They went on to tie the knot in 2015, and share four daughter together: twins Sawyer and Chandler, both 7, Hunter, 6, and Tyler, 4

Kelly is taking her podcast on tour this fall on the “Cleat Chaser Tour,” which begins in Detroit on Sept. 7.

The name was derived from a nickname she said she earned while at the University of Georgia.
