WCSO requests help related to bicyclist’s death

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office asked for help Thursday in regards to the death of a bicyclist found near the community of Andice.

First responders in Williamson County found an injured bicyclist Saturday morning on the side of the road near the 11000 block of Farm-to-Market 2338.

WCSO said a 79-year-old man was taken to the hospital, but he later died from his injuries.

Anyone with information on the cause of the bicycle crash or who may have traveled in this area between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Aug. 17 with a vehicle equipped with camera systems was asked to check the recordings for any possible evidence and contact the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.
